By using TabbyTarot you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we publish. If you do not agree, please do not access the service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity performed under your profile.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the experience for others.

3. Use of the Service

• TabbyTarot offers entertainment and reflective guidance; it does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform. Automated usage is permitted only with our written consent.
• Content you submit (questions, chat prompts) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it for in-app functionality.

4. Service Availability

We strive for consistent uptime but may experience maintenance windows, AI provider outages, or other interruptions. TabbyTarot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TabbyTarot and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Significant changes will be announced within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
